Mental Health Nursing Specialist

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will enable you to identify and address the complex needs of our patients, promoting optimal outcomes and enhancing their overall well-being.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as generous paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, mental health counselors, and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to review patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication regimens, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current State of practice RN licensure required within 90 days of graduation or active license.
- Basic computer skills.
