Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Travel CCU RN - Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at TravelNurseSource. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to maintain or restore health status
- Supervise the care provided by professional and ancillary personnel
- Implement the nursing plan, coordinate with the medical plan, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality assurance endeavors to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current State License
- Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years
- Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment
- CCRN preferred
- Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients preferred
