Position Overview - Security Officer
The Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. This position involves monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the overall safety of the hotel property.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas to identify potential safety and security risks.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, medical emergencies, and threats to guests or property.
- Perform preliminary investigations into incidents and document findings accurately.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Previous experience in hotel security or military service is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight, is advantageous.
