We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Specialist in Renal Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with renal conditions.
Job Summary- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal diseases, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications, perform dialysis procedures, and provide education to patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience: 6 months of experience in acute dialysis as a RN or 2+ years of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last 2 years as a RN
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
