Job Overview

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for additional hours as required.

Position Objective:
Operate and manage a fuel delivery vehicle that transports various fuels, lubricants, and filters to construction sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize tools and machinery while adhering to safety and environmental regulations to refuel, lubricate, and replace filters on equipment at highway construction sites.
  2. Interpret and comply with manufacturer guidelines regarding vehicle upkeep and fueling procedures.
  3. Employ compressed air grease guns, wrenches, and other hand and power tools effectively.
  4. Adjust clutches, brakes, and other mechanical components on construction machinery as necessary.
  5. Keep detailed logs of equipment servicing for preventive maintenance records.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Fuel Truck Operator.
  2. Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
  3. Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) is mandatory.
  4. HAZMAT Endorsement is required.
  5. Tanker Endorsement is necessary.
  6. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
