Job Opportunity

Semi-Trailer Big Box, a leading heavy equipment dealership, is seeking an experienced Full Time Trailer Technician to join our Maintenance team.

We are looking for individuals who possess a clear passion for heavy equipment maintenance and repair, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated trailer repair experience and be willing to continue learning and improving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect trailers for mechanical and physical issues
  • Diagnose and repair semi-trailers and their components, including welding, hydraulics, electrical, brakes, and suspension
  • Perform DOT inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Work with the Operations Manager to develop repair plans and estimates
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a safe working environment

What We Offer:

  • 7-hour workday, Monday to Friday
  • 30-minute paid break
  • $25-$30 per hour
  • Full-time status with guaranteed work
