Pathology Coordinator

As a key member of the IDEXX team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our whole slide scanners and digital slide analysis systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely delivery of casework and collateral materials to remote pathologists, troubleshooting virtual microscopy systems, and organizing and archiving pending and completed cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Assure accurate and timely delivery of casework and collateral materials to remote pathologists.
- Maintain and troubleshoot virtual microscopy systems to ensure seamless digital slide analysis.
- Organize and archive pending and completed cases to ensure efficient workflow.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for virtual microscopy systems.
- Track and troubleshoot system errors to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with pathologists, labs, vendors, and IT teams to resolve system issues.
- 0-1+ years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ability to create and report on metrics.
- Excellent organizational and project administration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deliver trainings and presentations.
- Ability to work independently, as a team member, and as a team leader.
- Excellent client service skills.
