Position Overview

This opportunity is for candidates attending the National Sales Network Career event.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates who will participate in the National Sales Network Career Conference. Our recruitment team and sales leaders will be present to conduct interviews and provide insights into various opportunities across different levels and locations. Essential Duties:

The primary role of the Clinical Sales Representative is to effectively promote and maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across various specialties within a designated territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating a sales strategy to enhance robot utilization across multiple healthcare facilities in a specific market.
  • Leading surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the Operating Room, and applications of da Vinci Surgery.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in da Vinci Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
  • Supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and procedure adoption.
  • Creating tailored da Vinci Surgery plans for each surgical team to ensure independent operation of the system.
  • Driving the continuous expansion of the user base by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Mentoring new team members to elevate their performance within the clinical sales team.
Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of external sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales, is required.
