What to Expect as an STNA with IntelyCare

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in post-acute care facilities. This may include:

  • Providing nursing care and support to residents
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors to address their concerns
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • An understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
