Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Lead the GM sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results through effective inventory management, process efficiency, and sales floor execution.
  • Develop and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, and business initiatives to provide expert advice to guests and drive sales.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a sales floor or inventory management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
