Job Title: Registered Nurse - TelemetryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in our telemetry unit. Your role will involve assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including assessment findings, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA ACLS certification prior to completion of orientation.
- BLS certification prior to completion of orientation.
- A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred but not required.
The salary for this position is $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits start day one.
