About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The responsibilities include:

  • Employee Administration: Assisting the HR department with employee-related tasks, such as preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Personnel Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records in designated software.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including those related to leave of absences.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinating interviews with candidates and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Introducing new hires to company policies and culture, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Supporting the talent acquisition process, including background checks and orientation.
  • Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee certifications and training.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR/office administration or project coordination related roles.
  • Educational Background: Completed A.A. degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook required).
  • Work Environment: Full-time, non-exempt position with regular working hours (Mondays – Fridays).

Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs.
