Fulfillment Specialist

As a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist at Fastenal, you will play a critical role in delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry-leading vending program. This dynamic local route position offers a unique opportunity to service customer needs daily, making deliveries, performing replenishments, and maintaining equipment. If you thrive on being on the move and have a strong work ethic, this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
- Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
- Interact with customers while making deliveries
- Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
- Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds
