We provide customized services for sensory and play, as well as in-home and private pre-schools and daycares. Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with disabilities to help them participate fully in schools and social situations. You will conduct initial evaluations, create individualized plans of care, and implement treatment and interventions to help children recover from injury or regain skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations, including comprehensive assessments and documentation
  • Create individualized plans of care, defining treatment, frequency, and measurable goals
  • Implement treatment and interventions to help children participate in schools and social situations
  • Consult with patients, family members, and caregivers to provide educational and advisory services
  • Re-evaluate patients to determine the efficacy of care and adjust plans accordingly
  • Maintain patient documentation, including initial evaluations, plans of care, daily progress notes, and discharge notes

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • National accrediting agency certification (NBCOT, AOTA)
  • State license
  • CPR certification preferred
