About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Management Specialist to join our team at Trinity Consultants in Oakland, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for environmental management and sustainability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental consulting, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing air quality projects, developing business relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage air quality projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, accurate results, and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and developing sales proposals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them grow professionally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental/Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three to five years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on air quality management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and basic programming skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
