About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Manager to provide top-notch support to our Executive Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
* Assist with special projects, such as planning processes, document preparation, and data collection
* Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Work closely with the Executive Director to anticipate and meet their needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $92,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience
* Generous benefits package, including 4-Day Work Week policy, 12 days of PTO, and 12 Federal and State holidays

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-Level executives
* Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens
* Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software, with ability to design and edit presentations and materials
