Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Treasury Management, deposits, and payment solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of a Digital Product strategy aimed at expanding the product portfolio and enhancing profitability and user engagement.
  • Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement, enhance member experience, and minimize financial risks.
  • Establish and maintain productive vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and identifying new product opportunities.
  • Lead strategic reviews of existing systems and processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide oversight for strategic business development projects, ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management standards.
  • Monitor operational risks and implement necessary controls to safeguard the organization.
  • Manage relationships and agreements to maximize value, particularly in the implementation of new Digital Payment products and services.
  • Drive the development of operational teams through training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and processes across business units.
  • Serve as a key advisor on infrastructure and strategy for payments, deposits, and treasury management.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations while staying informed of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing corporate-level business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a treasury management program within a financial institution.
  • Strong change management skills with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Ability to develop effective policies and procedures for complex business issues.
  • Experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including management and vendors.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex concepts for management.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

This position is essential for driving the strategic initiatives of the Treasury Management team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to members.
