Position Overview

The role involves performing custodial duties across various facilities, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in offices, warehouses, and other indoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cleaning tasks for floors, rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, and communal spaces. This includes replenishing supplies, disposing of waste, sanitizing fixtures, and maintaining cleanliness of mirrors, doors, walls, and flooring through vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Organize, stock, and oversee cleaning tools and materials.
  • Ensure sanitation and orderliness of designated areas.
  • Support other departments as necessary to provide excellent service.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
In addition to the primary duties outlined, all roles are also accountable for:
  • Meeting organizational standards for work quality and quantity consistently, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Following company guidelines regarding workplace behavior while fulfilling job responsibilities.
The organization reserves the right to modify or assign additional tasks to this position.

Qualifications

Experience:
  • Previous experience in a cleaning service is preferred.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
  • Ability to safely clean all fixtures and furnishings.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining janitorial storage areas.
  • Capability to keep cleaning equipment in a safe and functional state.
  • Familiarity with modern cleaning tools and chemicals.
  • Competent in the safe application of cleaning agents.
Physical Requirements:
  • Engages in walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
