Job Summary

Phoenix Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flight Control Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative flight control systems that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Design and develop system architectures and functions for flight control systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Systems Engineering: Apply systems engineering principles to ensure the integration of flight control systems with other aircraft systems.
  • Requirements Engineering: Define and manage requirements for flight control systems, ensuring they are clear, concise, and testable.
  • Project Management: Coordinate development activities with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the development of aviation systems and complex components, with a strong understanding of flight control systems.
  • Skills: Excellent German and English language skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
