In this role, you will:
- Contribute to the development of Walmart GoLocal's Delivery As a Service Technology Platform, ensuring top-tier delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Focus on critical product domains such as Onboarding, Ecosystem Partner Integrations, Demand Generation, and Performance Metrics.
- Establish a clear vision for your products through competitive analysis, customer insights, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Formulate a comprehensive product strategy aimed at achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- Articulate and promote product roadmaps, securing endorsement from senior leadership.
- Advocate for customer needs, identifying high-impact features that address significant pain points.
- Implement impactful capabilities that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, including Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Sales.
- Oversee daily progress with your agile team, ensuring Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) are current and the backlog is well-maintained.
- Lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments.
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in delivering successful products within high-growth SaaS, Last Mile Delivery, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Enterprise B2B sectors.
- Strong skills in customer discovery, including conducting user interviews and surveys to identify pain points.
- Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies, Scrum practices, roadmap creation, backlog management, and product launches.
- The ability to derive key insights for product decision-making and collaborate with data teams to create insightful dashboards.
- A passion for rapidly delivering features that positively influence business outcomes.
- A commitment to building and scaling high-performance, secure, and reliable platform products.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- An understanding of essential product features necessary for developing and nurturing demand and supply networks within a marketplace.
- The capability to extract data from various sources to create insightful dashboards.
- Experience navigating large, complex organizational structures.
