Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a fun and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using Square POS software
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to a clean and organized store environment, including processing inbound shipments and maintaining inventory
  • Foster a passion for Squishable's unique products and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements

  • Reasonable availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
  • Familiarity with Square or similar POS software
  • Ability to lift cartons up to 20 lbs
