Job Overview
The Senior Account Director, Client Services will contribute to the overall management of the department by assisting with training, operations, and organic development of existing accounts. This role requires exceptional client service, project management skills, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and facilitate project management
- Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and on track
- Identify new areas for organic growth and expansion
- Foster collaborative relationships and positive team dynamics
- Lead and manage accounts with accountability and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of account management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Intermediate understanding of clinical development and strategic communication planning
- Excellent financial acumen and project management skills
- Certified Medical Publications Professional (ISMPP) preferred
