Job Title: Policy Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Policy Analyst to join our team at Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS, Inc.). This is a hybrid opportunity working on-site at the Pentagon four days a week with one day working remote. Due to security requirements, this position requires an active DoD TS / SCI clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling sensitive and personal information, completing transactional duties, and interacting with customers and team members.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and summarize findings to support policy development and implementation.
  • Assist in drafting written reports, developing white papers, and preparing briefings for government clients.
  • Attend and document meetings, and interact with experienced technical staff, management, and government clients.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient research and analytical skills.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a time-constrained environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
