Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at VIRELLA

VIRELLA, a 120-year-old industry leader, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in training and developing team members, while also advancing to the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process.

The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and a chance to make a real impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, and train and develop incoming team members
  • Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
