Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 guidelines

• Efficiently move materials to and from the production line, facilitating a smooth manufacturing process

• Accurately track material movement and inventory changes, utilizing RF scanners to maintain precise records

• Operate machinery and perform minor adjustments or setup as needed

• Complete reports and inspection sheets as instructed by management

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions, adhering to FIFO policies and protocols

• Complete forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of measure, and labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials

• Utilize hand and/or power tools, such as hammers, cutting saws, and nail guns, as required

• Identify different products and attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on pallets

• Successfully complete power equipment certification

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles

• Coordinate and process hazardous waste, scrap, and other materials in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience

• Forklift certification

• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
