About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional to lead our EHS team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of EHS projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EHS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement EHS procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct EHS audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Provide technical expertise to clients on EHS matters, including regulatory compliance, environmental assessment, and industrial safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of direct relevant experience in EHS, including due diligence, auditing, and compliance assurance
  • Strong technical knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and state-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze technical data, perform research, and demonstrate technical knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO), or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and industrial sector projects, power generation, and mining experience
  • Field experience in industrial EHS compliance and environmental assessment implementation and oversight
