This is a hybrid remote position opportunity based out of any of our New England offices. We offer a flexible schedule, remote work options, and a lucrative sign-on bonus. Our salaries are competitive, and our benefits package is comprehensive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated team to solve technical project challenges
  • Understand project budget, scope, and schedule
  • Contribute to technical and price proposals
  • Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to the Project Manager
  • Develop professional relationships with client peers
  • Manage engineering staff and prioritize technical tasks
  • Be proficient in technical writing, editing, and presentations
  • Identify areas for improvement and share best practices
  • Develop person-hour estimates and budgets
  • Act as a technical lead and demonstrate specialized skills
  • Pursue technical engineering or project management specialization
Requirements
  • BSCE Degree required, MSCE preferred
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience
  • Current PE in NH, MA, ME, or VT
  • Experience with multiple engineering programs
