About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Dealer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for closing Web Cases and ensuring seamless order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise dealers on order status, shipping information, product availability, and pricing policies.
  • Negotiate vendor availability and lead times to meet dealer needs.
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, expediting, and special order handling.
  • Provide high-level customer service through MS Outlook and order updates.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience navigating multiple applications.
  • Excellent written and email communication skills.
  • Preferred: Salesforce experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
Work Environment

This is an on-site role in our office with a team of 17 members, including a direct manager. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. During training, the start time will be between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
