We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Adventist Health. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the activities of clinical and non-clinical staff, including monitoring internal processes and coordinating activities between departments.
- Make Recommendations on operational improvements for the department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Supervise Support Functions to facilitate efficient clinical operations, including monitoring workflow procedures and systems.
- Troubleshoot Customer Service Issues and facilitate problem resolution, directing staff in addressing and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Develop and Implement strategies and actions to improve the quality of the team's performance, including participation in workflow reengineering, process improvement, and risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure Adherence to regulatory and Adventist Health standards, ensuring compliant operations and departmental readiness for internal and external audits.
- Licenses and Certifications: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of New York or Licensed Social Worker Required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other health-related degree for RNs Required, Master's Degree in Social Work for LSW Required.
- Work Experience: Minimum three years progressive customer service or business operations experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Supervisory experience Preferred.
