Multilingual Therapist

Khesed Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multilingual Therapist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to our clients.

• Client Care: Provide virtual and in-person therapy services to clients, maintaining a caseload of up to 10 session hours per week.
• Supervision and Training: Meet with a licensed supervisor for monthly individual supervision and attend monthly group consultation and training sessions.
• Communication: Maintain open and timely communication with Khesed Wellness and clients, responding to inquiries within two business days.
• Technology and Operations: Work with the operations team to navigate telehealth technology and electronic case management systems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Scheduling: Collaborate with the operations team to create a schedule that balances work demands with personal well-being.

• Licensure: Possess a valid, active license or pre-license issued by the State of Colorado, Michigan, Texas, or Illinois.
• Education: Completion of a Master's Degree in mental health.
• Skills: Provide high-quality mental health services, manage technology, and engage in clinical work from a designated Khesed Wellness location.

• Fee-for-Service: Earn a rate of $48 per session hour as a 1099 contractor.
