Job Summary

Tally Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician II to join our team. As a Quality Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by performing inspections, testing, and quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and quality plans.
  • Understand and follow engineering and quality requirements for parts being inspected.
  • Perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Record results in spreadsheets and compile data.
  • Follow dispatch lists to complete daily testing jobs.
  • Follow basic safety and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED.
  • 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
