Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2-year degree in food production, food science, or similar field
  • 2 years of experience in a food production environment
  • Spanish speaking skills preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Industry certifications not required but a plus
Working Conditions

This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires the ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and reaching.

This is a non-exempt position that requires working extended hours, holidays, and weekends. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) team and will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, documenting results, and recommending corrective actions to improve production process, quality, and consistency.
