Your responsibilities will include ensuring units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care, proactively addressing patient flow and bed management issues, and inspiring a shared vision among your team. You'll model professional standards, demonstrate a positive attitude, and engage co-workers to become leaders of change.

As a leader, you'll hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for their professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. You'll perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

**Qualifications:**

* Education: Graduate of a State-approved School of Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
* License: Current RN licensure within state of practice or current RN temporary work permit in state of practice.
* Certification: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. ACLS and PALS or obtain within 12 months of hire.
* Experience: 3-5 years work experience in a hospital setting; prior management experience.
