Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care using the nursing process and medical plan of care.
- Support the mission, vision, and values of USPI.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Pre-OP/PACU.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
- Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
