Job Summary:

Fastenal is seeking a skilled Terminal Driver to join our transportation team. As a Terminal Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products from Distribution Centers to branches and customers. This is a full-time position that requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering products in a prompt and efficient manner
• Interact with our shipping and receiving departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Comply with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participate in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety, and sustainability objectives

Requirements:

• Possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a current Health Card
• Meet Fastenal's driving record requirements
• Possess strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a CDL Driver
• Maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service
• Willingness to drive interstate routes across state lines
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior driving work experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift
