Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, external clients, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, as well as write and edit documents and emails.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared and distributed.
  • Assist the management team with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of commercial training or a degree in business or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
