Administrative Assistant to the Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Blue Horizon Solutions as an Administrative Assistant to the Management. This is a challenging position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills.
As part of our direct placement services, we are looking for an assistant to support the management team in a dynamic environment. The position is full-time and offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, external clients, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Prepare and analyze reports, as well as write and edit documents and emails.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared and distributed.
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of commercial training or a degree in business or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
