Position Overview
The Automotive Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in performing essential automotive service tasks while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position involves executing all tire and wheel-related services, as well as conducting oil changes and thorough vehicle inspections.

Additionally, the Automotive Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a tidy workspace within the service department, showroom, and surrounding areas, including tire and parts storage.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth are available.
Key Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Competence in utilizing automotive tools such as impact guns, socket sets (standard and metric), screwdrivers, and oil filter tools.

Physical Demands:

- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds for up to two-thirds of the workday.

- Must also possess the ability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds for up to one-third of the workday.


Preferred Background:
- Completion of automotive courses in high school or vocational training.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:
- UTI, NASCAR, or ASE certifications are advantageous.
