Dispatch and Driver Team Member

We are looking for an Overnight Dispatcher/Driver to join our team at Stephens Automotive Transport. The selected candidate will be responsible for dispatching and routing tow service calls, utilizing custom towing software, and performing backup driving duties when necessary.
Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000, based on experience.
Primary ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating tow service calls and their corresponding routes
- Working with custom towing software to optimize operations
- Issuing vehicle releases to customers
- Supporting driving duties as needed
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Significant prior experience in towing
- A deep understanding of DOT regulations and industry standards
- Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
