At Chenega Corporation, we seek a skilled Primary Care Physician to provide medical services as a Fee Basis Provider. This is an independent contractor position based in Honolulu, HI.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified physician with the ability to perform medical histories, physical examinations, and review required medical tests and documents pertaining to consultations and medical histories. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to assess applicant medical documentation and render their medical opinion on an applicant's medical history for programs applying.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medical histories and physical examinations
  • Review required medical tests and documents pertaining to consultations and medical histories
  • Assess applicant medical documentation and render their medical opinion on an applicant's medical history
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

  • A current unrestricted license from any one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands is acceptable and be privileged by the USMEPCOM Command Surgeon
  • Must have completed a residency or have provided direct patient care within the last three years
  • A minimum of one (1) year post-graduate training must be Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited
  • Possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Your medical school must be Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) accredited

Benefits:

This is a Fee Basis Provider position, which means you will be paid per service rendered. We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $90.00/Hr.
