Ophthalmic Consultants Of Boston is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team in the Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Plymouth, MA.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Pre-Op, PACU, and OR Department of our Ophthalmic ambulatory/day surgery setting.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

**Requirements:**
* Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or recovery room
* Be CPR and ACLS certified
* Ophthalmology experience is a plus
* Must be able to commit to hour shifts per month, with no weekends or evening hours

**Work Environment:**
* Frequent tasks include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, reaching, and twisting of weights ranging from light to heavy at heights ranging from the foot to above the head
* Mobility includes walking up to 8-10 hours, standing 3-8 hours, stooping, bending, balancing, climbing, crouching, and sitting
