Plymouth Laser & Surgical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Plymouth, MA.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient care in the Pre-Op, PACU and OR Department of an Ophthalmic ambulatory/day surgery setting.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience either in medical-surgical or recovery room.
- Be CPR and ACLS certified.
- Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
Schedule:
You must be able to commit to hour shifts per month. No weekends or evening hours.
Frequent tasks:
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, reaching, and twisting of weights ranging from light to heavy at heights ranging from the foot to above the head.
Mobility:
Walking up to 8-10 hours, standing 3-8 hours, stooping, bending, balancing, climbing, crouching, and sitting.
