  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to resolve issues and manage various customer service situations
  • Expertise in negotiation, training, coaching, and leadership
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
