Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business development tasks, including proposal preparation, client-facing contact, and project scope definition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement water treatment systems, wastewater management facilities, and other industrial processes.
  • Analyze data and perform calculations to determine system performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize system design.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and other documentation to communicate results and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of operational experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, hard-working and positive attitude, ability to perform mass & energy balance calculations, quickly assess industrial processes, working knowledge of coal combustion power generation and gas turbine power plants, ability to drive development of piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), translate industrial processes into clear diagrams, and more.

Salary: $160,000 per year.
