Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell persons or guests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Process payments and make change for guests, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • May make, confirm, and cancel reservations for guests, as well as post charges for room, food, liquor, or telephone services.
  • Deposit guests' valuables in the hotel safe or safe-deposit box, ensuring their security and peace of mind.
  • Understand and enforce hotel company credit policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Account for all cash and make deposits in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with other front office and hotel departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and service delivery.
  • Report to work on time, in uniform, and ready to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Hospitality customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Experience with relevant brand-specific PMS systems.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Environment:

This role requires standing for long periods, light work, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. The work environment is inside, with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
