About the Job

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of tasks, including cooking, cashiering, and cleaning. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level and secure all funds in a safe.
  • Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable.
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC food service and beverages.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
  • Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
