Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - Field Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Supervisor - Field Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of medically fragile patients, ensuring that the clinical care delivered by our field staff meets or exceeds the Aveanna Clinical Standard of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, mentor, and guide our field staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Conduct clinical supervisor duties, including internal case management, assisting with hospital discharges, managing the start of care process, validating nurse competency, and completing supervisory visits.
  • Collaborate with the operations and business development team to ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes in designated territory.
  • Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults.

  • A competitive base salary of $60,000 - $67,500, plus monthly bonus potential.
