Clinical Supervisor

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care.
- Conduct regular home visits to assess the quality of care provided and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the operations and business development team to ensure compliance with State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Aveanna's clinical standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must have a good-standing RN license in the state where you will practice.
- Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
- Must be able to travel to patients' homes in designated territory.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and pass an MVR check.
- Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
