Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a key member of our team, the Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing routine upkeep and optimizing facility arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct manufacturing carts and workstations utilizing modular piping and connectors.
- Conduct regular facility setup and maintenance, including arranging meeting spaces, replacing light fixtures, and performing system inspections.
- Engage in daily monitoring, repairs, and preventive maintenance on essential systems and facility machinery.
- Undertake additional maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry work as required.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED, or a Technical School degree, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing context.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a foundational understanding of facility support systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Hold at least one year of relevant experience.
- Maintain appropriate certifications or licenses as mandated by local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or two-year degree in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and influence peers.
- Experience in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
