About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Discipline Manager to lead our team in the design of mechanical systems for buildings across various sectors. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing operations, execution, and expectations for the Mechanical Engineering Discipline in Charlotte, North Carolina. This includes working closely with other disciplines to produce highly integrated building designs, leading a team to produce high-quality construction documents using Revit, and managing project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Engineering Discipline Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing operations, execution, and expectations for the Mechanical Engineering Discipline in Charlotte, North Carolina.
  • Working closely with other disciplines to produce highly integrated building designs.
  • Leading a team to produce high-quality construction documents using Revit.
  • Managing project schedules to meet deliverable requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer designing mechanical building systems on complex projects.
  • Prior experience leading teams of Engineers.
  • Proficiency in Revit and MEP drafting.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, PTO, Health benefits, 401k, hybrid work days, half days Friday, and 40 hours per week.
