About the Job

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $42,500 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Responsibilities
  1. Caregiving Duties: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  2. Environmental Services: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. This includes cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and equipment.
  3. Transportation: Safely transport patients and equipment throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Nursing Assistant Certificate (Washington) required at hire. Basic Life Support certification also required.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and basic technical nursing skills.
